The day passed by very quickly on New Year’s eve in Singapore. Soon, in 5 hours’ time, it will be New Year’s Day 2009. As today is the final day of 2008, everything was rather frantic. There was a lot of email communication with my colleagues at the close of business day.
Nevertheless, I was pretty satisfied with the progress so far; and I am glad that I can approach the new year with something to be happy about.
Whilst quite a lot of things might have been resolved, this is just only the beginning of the great adventure – probably something that I have not done before – exactly like treading on uncharted waters. Fingers crossed that the coming new year will be a good year to look forward to.
Waking up quite early today, I am beginning to feel sleepy after a morning work. I just had a quick, short lunch break of soya bean curd.
There will be a lot of things to deal with after lunch, especially with having to deal with deadlines. This is a race against time, although sometimes there is little thing that I can do about it. I can only try my best.
Perhaps, it might be a good idea to catch some rest in order to gain some energy for the race in the afternoon.
I woke up early today because of having to take a conference call, but somehow or another, it was postponed. So, what’s next? It is breakfast at McDonald’s.
Enjoying the Two Dollars meal at one of the restaurant at McDonald’s, the morning seems relaxed and cool. On the other side, I do have a lot of work to be done. Hopefully, the day will end good.
For all of you, have a great day!
Hostmatrix Forums has encountered another issue again; that is, bandwidth has been exceeded! How can that be possible, as I have been with the forum for several years, there has never been a case of bandwidth exceeded. The only problem that it had previously encountered was hackers defacing the site.
With the forum that kept surviving on, I doubt very much it would really face give in to hackers. Furthermore, there is always an Unofficial Hostmatrix Forums, where members can always visit whenever it is down.
What a relaxing afternoon! Whilst having tea-break, I am also enjoying a curry puff (with potato filling) and a carrot cake.
Unlike any other normal Saturdays, today is a little more relaxing than usual as I sit down on my chair and enjoy the meal thoroughly.
Just as I was thinking, what is the itinerary for me tonight? Hmm… Mahjong?
