I have been using Montastic for quite some time. This service is an online website monitoring tool, which accesses and monitors your websites.
This service is particularly good, in the sense that it provides the service for FREE. However, as you know it is not completed unlimited, there is a restriction on the number of websites it can monitor for you. The free package allows monitoring of up to 3 websites, with a frequency of as short as 30 minutes.
