BMC Academy – Is Their Diploma Recognised?

BMC Academy is an organisation that runs several courses for professionals and students. Some of the courses include GCE ‘O’ Levels, GCE ‘A’ Levels and Diploma classes. My sibling is interested in taking up one of those courses, but I’m clearly unsure of its reputation.
So far, I have done a fair bit of research; but nothing seems to give me a deep impression. Anyway, I suppose by judging from the certificate awarded by Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE), hopefully the organisation does genuinely provide foundation for good quality student welfare/protection practices and standards.

I wonder… It seems like a pretty dubious institution.
