Calling Up A Friend

I thought I will call up a friend whom I have not met for quite some time, so I decided to give it a ring. Unfortunately, the conversation ended up quickly and abruptly. The same person I knew was never like that before - sad to say.
People do change, irregardless even if it is a short period of time. Maybe I should not have made the call - but I guess it is destined.
Life is just full of amazement!
