Food Poisoning - Stomach Upset

I must have eaten something really unhygienic during the last 2 days, as I kept having diarrhea. Sorry about the disgusting remark posted here, but this is a rant post, so I shall not be too polite anyway.
I believe about 3 days ago, on a Wednesday night, I went out to have my dinner and that was when it started. I had a bowl of noodle with fried egg on it at the street hawker along a small night alley. That night, my stomach began to feel unwell, waking up at 1am in the morning to pay a visit to my washroom.
The following day was quite terrible as well. I had stomach upset for the entire day, although some time I felt better, but at other time, I felt I needed an explosive reaction of a nuclear fission. The torture, as what I would call it, has lasted for the last 2 days and even now there is no sign of it diminishing. If I do not recover by tonight, most probably I have to resort to medication.
Lucky for me, I have several medications with me.
