GeoSmart 1.5.3 Resolves Database Issue But…

No Google Map on GeoSmart

GeoSmart 1.5.3 has just been released. It managed to resolve some of the issues raised up previously in GeoSmart 1.5. Unfortunately, that did not help to solve the problem of why the Google Map remains missing (see image above).

GeoSmart Synchronize

Nevertheless, that is considered in my opinion a great improvement, as the PHP code is no longer showing up, as well as the “Synchronize” button.

    Hey Keith,

Thanks for upgrading. I can see the map being displayed along with the points just fine. I’ve viewed your site with Google Chrome, Firefox and IE and everything looks fine to me. Are you still experiencing the blank map issue? Thanks for your interest in the plugin and your reviews. They’ve really helped me make the plugin better.

By the way, that plugin you’re using to display the operating system and browser of the commenter is pretty kool. Whats it called?

    Hi Sam,
Thanks for the quick reply. I apologise for not getting back any sooner.

Yes, indeed it is very strange. I am still experiencing blank map issue. Is it because of my computer? If possible, can you please kindly take a screen-shot of my site and send it to me?

By the way, the plugin used to display the operating system and browser of the commenter is FireStats. Do you think that can be the cause of the problem?

    Thanks,
    Keith
