Items That People Littered

Since my mobile phone comes with a built-in camera, I have the sheer interest to take some interesting pictures.

Of the many shots that I have taken, I decided that these two (see above) are the more interesting ones. Hence, I decided to theme it, “Items That People Littered”
Why does people litter, even when there is a rubbish bin nearby?
