JetStar Has Poor English Language Skill

JetStar is a budget airline that operates in Asia. It is an equivalent to RyanAir that operates in Europe.

Recently, I saw someone complaint online about the airline poor customer service management. The passenger received a reply from JetStar, but the email was completely insincere.

The way that you perceived from the reply (click on the image at the right), which is full of grammatical errors and vocabulary blunders, instantly signified the insincerity of the corporate company, who had a get-over-and-done-with kind of attitude.

I don’t think, as paying customers, this should not be accepted.
