Multiple Page Views Per Visit?

Over the past few weeks, I noticed something very interesting happening on my site. It was observed that within a 24-hour window period, there is so many page views (about 1000+), but according to the record, only about 50 unique visitors. Is there a possibility that any reader would read something like 20 to 30 posts each time they visit? Sounds like bots to me, rather.
The above-attached image shows the most recent FireStats statistics; apparently it looks pretty dubious. Chances are, they are more of bots than authentic readers.

Certainly bots.
you can check the actual hits list and filter them by IP or user agent through the settings tab.
