Running Out of Space in HostMatrix Web Server

As mentioned earlier, I have some websites hosted with Hostmatrix and I am certainly delighted to see it come back to life. However, another issue persists; that is, the web space that I have been allocated is running out.
I have done nothing of the sort to store huge data files, but I certainly have no clue, whatsoever, how the space usage managed to be gobbled up by some huge chunk of data that cannot be traced in my account.
To avoid site breakdown, I think I may have to seek help from the Support Forums soon. Two methods are possible:
- Get the moderator or administrator to help seek out which file has been causing the size allocation.
- Terminate my current account and re-create a new account back. Thus, restoring all the data.
The first option is definitely preferred, but if that does not resolve the issue, I may have to request for the second option – to undergo a thorough account clean-out.
