Should I Upgrade WordPress to 2.3?
Written on November 15, 2007 – 9:23 am | by Keith Neo
This blog is currently powered by WordPress 2.0.11, the last stable version of WordPress. When I installed WordPress, I had the option to choose the latest version, but I dislike that because it does not come with Preview panel.
Nonetheless, I do have other sites which are powered by WordPress 2.3.x and I am beginning to feel that those sites are better. Now, I am not sure if it is a good idea to upgrade my current version to the lastest WordPress 2.3.1 or just stick to it.
The downsides are
- a lot of functionalities will be missing
- some plugins are incompatible with old WordPress version
On the other hand, I thought a simple site is probably just what I need. Hmm…

You should think about security. Always upgrade. WP is just open source.
