Telephony is Bad in China

Network phone, or to be precise, Internet Phone is not as advanced as I expected to be, in China. Using VoIP (Voice-over-Internet-Protocol) technology in the country is somehow feasible, but it seems that communication is not particularly good.
One of the main reasons is the slow network inside China. The so-called Great Firewall of China is undoubtedly true. Packages of traffic that goes out of the country is slow to a snail pace. Anyway, that’s my rant.
