The First English Premiership League (EPL) Post - Manchester United 4-0 Highlight

I have always wanted to write articles about the European football and the English Premierhip League (EPL) for a long time in this blog, but I could not find the time to do so; or rather, I could not find a better time to write it.
Before I continue, I have to make a disclaimer that I am not a hard-core fan of any particular club, but I do enjoy watching the exciting, attacking-flow of the Manchester United players - especially, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Carlo Tevez.
Manchester United has started this season in a less emphatic way than last season’s routing of its first game. One of the main reasons is the absense of Cristiano Ronaldo (through suspension) and Wayne Rooney (injury) to provide the team with fire power.
Over the last couple of Manchester United games, the team has been winning at a narrow victory of 1-0 scoreline. Well, that is not bad at all, considering it’s a clean sheet for every victory. Then, the public starts to criticise about the lack of more goals considering the number of high profile, quality strikers that the team has. That scoreline was finally broken in yesterday’s game between Manchester United and Wigan.
Though faced with several players on the injury list, the welcome of young players, e.g. Gerard Pique, Anderson and Danny Simpson soon provide the necessary cover for those senior players. While Louis Saha was forced out before the start of the game due to injury, the trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, Carlo Tevez and Wayne Rooney covet 4-0 win against their opponent in the second half of the game.
While the game is won by its free-flowing strikers, the mean defence set up by the back four ensure that the gate is water-tight. With several first-team players, e.g. Edwin Van der Sar, on the injury list, the only positive thing that the manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, can get back was that they are approaching the International break.
Manchester United is now at the top of the table for the first time this season, only to be taken over by Arsenal, if they win on Sunday.
