Windows Live Messenger Upgraded To Version 8.5 Beta

Yesterday, I upgraded my Windows Live Messenger (WLM) to version 8.5 Beta. I received this information through another website, known as mess.be, and was excited to try out this new version.
As you can see from the release date that this beta version is meant for 2008, but I am quite happy to experience the new feature. After playing around with the WLM for quite some time, I feel that there is not much of changes to the feature, only some interface (cosmetic) improvement. The overall impression is still good. Of course, you may want to wait for the final stable version to be released as this is only a beta release.
